OXFORD – Let the intoxicating aroma of barbecued chicken draw you to the Oxford American Legion, Fort Hill Post #376, starting at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 20.
American Legion Auxiliary members will be selling barbecue chicken halves prepared by Oxford’s own Tim, Tim and the Team.

The chicken, $8 a half, will be sold starting at 8:30 a.m. until all are gone.
As a national service organization, the Auxiliary is “A Community of Volunteers Serving Veterans, Military, and their Families.” The volunteers of Oxford Unit 376 give many hours to its community and to veterans, and raise money to support its own programs to promote patriotism, education, literacy, as well as helping other worthwhile local charities.
This event is a benefit for the mission of the ALA. It will be held at the historic Fort Hill Post #376, located on the Rte 12 S. side (parking lot), of 17 S. Washington Avenue. Pull right in for drive-thru service!

For inquiries, contact Post 376 at 607-843-8166. Read more about the Auxiliary at oxford-ala.chenango.org/
